Wow, it's been almost a year since our last blog post, and what a journey it's been! We've experienced the full spectrum of ups and downs, and every moment has been invaluable.
Some of our students have been with us since before our Dumont location even existed, witnessing the vision gradually come to life. From the humble beginnings of a keyboard in a basement to transforming a two-bedroom apartment into the prototype for what In the Groove has become today, the journey has been remarkable. We're now proud to have around 40 students in total.
Just two months ago, we expanded to a new location in Union, NJ, and though it's still taking shape, the progress is inspiring. With our first recital on the horizon, the excitement is palpable, and we're grateful for every step forward.
Through it all, I've come to understand the power of intention and the importance of staying true to our original vision. It's essential to recognize when decisions align with our purpose and when they stray from it.
Stay tuned for more exciting updates! We're eager to introduce new creative workshops, including improv, songwriting, production, and much more. The journey continues, and we're thrilled to have you along for the ride.
